Jersey Mike’s is absolutely delicious, I eat it often. This is the regular Philly Cheesesteak, just on an Udi’s gluten-free roll rather than the usual house-made bread.
They have a dedicated prep area for gluten-free food, so extra care for cross-contamination is taken. When I order in-person and from the app, I make sure to ask for extra consideration for cross contamination anyways.
I have eaten here multiples times, and have never had symptoms from eating gluten!
